February

12am - 8:30pm

Wachusett Meadow Wildlife Sanctuary

Our popular speaker series continues! Project Drawdown, founded in 2014 by environmentalist Paul Hawken, measures and models the most substantive solutions to stop global warming and works to communicate those findings to the world. Join us for an introduction to local climate change impacts and solutions, using Project Drawdown as the framework. Mass Audubon’s Shaping the Future of Your Community Program Project Assistant, Paige Dolci, will introduce some of different types of climate solutions and offer examples of where those solutions are already being utilized today. Audience members will spend some time brainstorming how they can increase the number of solutions being implemented in their own school, workplace, or community.Registration is required. Register online or call 978-464-2712 to register by phone.
