A great sauce is the secret to making healthy foods taste delicious! In this class we'll learn how to make four different tasty sauces for hearty and heart-healthy bowl meals using fresh, whole-food ingredients. Right now many people are trying to find uses for pantry items like beans and grains and these delicious sauces are a versatile way to put those pantry items to use!
