Woodstock: Yesterday and Today is a collective exhibition that will help to immerse the audience towards the reality that is Woodstock and the sixties more than fifty years later. Through the use of artifacts, literature , paintings, mixed media, music, photography, and film footage Cyrille Vincent, exhibition curator, in collaboration with Lauren R. Preston, 1960's Scholar , will reconstruct the spirit of an event that defined a generation. This exceptional exhibition is geared to evoke reminiscent memories to those in attendance of 1969 as well as create a fascination to those who did not and wish to learn more of its history. Additionally, they wish to propose to the audience a visual interpretation of what the festival represents in the cultural heritage of today from different perspectives.
