Jacob Edwards Library established in 1914, is the public library for the Town of Southbridge.

With the tag line “the community place to be,” the library welcomes everyone to visit, and sample the comfortable space with monthly-rotating art exhibits and daily programming, as well as an up-to-date collection of fiction, nonfiction, CDs and DVDs as well as downloadable material. WiFi service is provided within and outside the building. English classes are available through Literacy Volunteers.
