The Richard Sugden Library is centrally located in downtown Spencer. Built in 1889, this architectural gem features warm oak paneling, lovely stained glass windows and houses the Historical Museum with its collection of town artifacts. The Library provides materials and services to help community members meet their educational and recreational needs. A variety of programming reaching a wide range of ages and covering an array of interests enriches the lives of our users. All are welcome to visit this special place to learn, share and create.
